  • If I have an accident how do I make a claim? Making a claim is simple, just call our dedicated helpline on 0330 1348594 who will send you out a claim form to complete.
  • Do I have to pay by Direct Debit? Yes, to give you complete control over your payments we only collect premiums via monthly Direct Debit.

  • Do I get any money back on the policy if I cancel it? No, as this policy is payable via monthly Direct Debit you will not receive any money back if you cancel.
  • Am I covered if my injury is the result of a sporting activity?

    If you suffer an injury due to competing in any race other than on foot or whilst swimming you will not be covered.

    Certain hazardous pursuits are also not covered by the policy. Please refer to your Policy Wording for a full list of exclusions.

  • Do I have to fill in a medical questionnaire? No, there are no medical questions at all, as long as you are aged 18-69 and are a UK resident your acceptance is guaranteed.
  • How long will it take for my claim to be settled? In most cases, payment would be made within 5 working days from the date of receipt of all required documents.
  • How are payments made? All payments will be made by cheque or by direct credit to your account.
  • In the event of my death who would the payment be made to? Payment would automatically be made to your estate.
  • I am experiencing technical difficulties while registering my details. Please call our help line 0330 1348594 and we will endeavour to help you.
  • I’m a member of the armed forces, will I be covered? These policies will not cover you whilst you are on duty or in training, they will however cover you at other times providing you meet the eligibility requirements of residing in the UK for 40 weeks in any 52 week period.
  • If I have an accident abroad can I still claim?

    Yes, as long as you continue to meet the requirement of residing in the UK for 40 weeks in any 52 week period.

    If you are going to be out of the country for longer than a 12 week period you will need to contact us with full details before you leave the UK. We will then decide whether we are able to extend cover whilst you are abroad. Please see the Policy Wording for full details.
